My philosophy of children is that we must walk the path of life with them providing learning environments and support when needed.
I observe the children then provide activities, interactions, and environments based on their new skills and interests in order to expand on them and provide growth for the whole child.
We learn through play throughout the day, and model through our own actions the behavior we wish to see.
